JKEL5

This licence is granted for wholesale and retail vend of foreign liquor in a military canteen including unit run military canteen or those run by para military forces. The licensee shall sell foreign liquor including beer to units run by canteen or persons of the unit of whose commanding officer, this licence is granted or to those who are duly authorized by the competent army authority to use the canteen of the unit aforesaid. The licencee cannot sold liquor other than foreign liquor/beer.
